Owning a home is truly the American Dream. Buying a home can be a difficult process, especially for those with poor credit, no credit and/or a limited amount to invest. A Lease to Own, also known as Rent to Own, Option may be just for you! Based on your individual criteria, we can be very creative with financing and fit it to your needs. We are not loan brokers, bankers, real estate agents or selling homes for someone else, we are the owners or we have a legal equitable interest in the property.
Rent-to-own housing can be tricky because the landlord might decide the potential homeowner is responsible for repairs and property taxes during the lease period, said Rich Verrillo, a senior housing partnerships manager for Navicore Solutions, a Manalapan, N.J.-based member agency of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. Working out all the details before the contract is signed is vital.
Around 2017, I got a divorce after finding out my ex had racked up a ton of debt on our credit cards. Like totally maxed out and also none of the bills were being paid. My life was gradually falling apart and i needed to take an action. Then I sought for Google recommendation. I stumbled upon a comment via a forum on YouTube about a well-spoken credit specialist cum hacker named..HACK-LIVE and how he helped a woman fix her Credit Report in a relatively short time. I became curious and wondered if he could help me fix my poor Credit and eliminate bad debts. Well with my fingers crossed, I gave him a chance to prove the good in men. While negotiating with him, I noticed he was very educated and knowledgeable. Eventually he fixed my Credit and gave me a reason to smile and be happy again. He removed the bad records on my report and raised my score to 790. CONTACT: [email protected] You can trust him with your credit report, he is a credit specialist and the best of his kind. Regards
I have nothing to "sell" you - so I'll lay out the issues I have with lease options below. "Can" rent to own deals work out for the buyer? Sure. You just assume a lot of additional risk vs. buying a home the conventional way. They are not, however, a way to circumvent the credit/income qualifications - you simply "postpone" this process for the term of the lease. At the end of the day, to "own" the home - you have to qualify for, and take out a mortgage on the property. There is no way to simply "make monthly payments" until you own the home, without having to qualify for anything on the basis on your credit, etc.

Happy Money Monday Family, My name is Wilson Kelvin from LA. With much joy in my heart I want to take this time out firstly to appreciate God for he’s mercies in my life and family for a good head start this year and to this genius Robert (Ghost Virus) for making it possible. He deleted all the negative items, collection, student loan and other bad items stocked on my report which disqualified us from getting a Home. But after our conversation with Robert about the challenges on our report and we needed help which he offered us it took about 16 days to wipe off the bad items and increase our scores leaving good Tradeline but it was worth it . We are the newest home owners on the block with a Brand new Cadillac and Mercedes. You too can restore your credit Today by Texting CREDIT TO 205 418 0498 or Mail; [email protected]
While rent-to-own agreements have traditionally been geared toward people who can’t qualify for conforming loans, there’s a second group of candidates who have been largely overlooked by the rent-to-own industry: people who can’t get mortgages in pricey, non-conforming loan markets. “In high-cost urban real estate markets, where jumbo [nonconforming] loans are the standard, there is a large demand for a better solution for financially viable, credit-worthy people who can’t get or don’t want a mortgage yet,” says Marjorie Scholtz, founder and CEO of Verbhouse, a San Francisco–based start-up that’s redefining the rent-to-own market.
I had an excellent credit score on both Equifax and TransUnion then in December last year my score dropped, when I checked it I saw that it was only Equifax score that dropped by about 60 points. I confirm this on credit karma. I have 2 credit cards. Both were maxed out. This affected my credit profile badly therefore I needed help from a credit expert to bring my credit history up to date since Equifax wouldn't do their job correctly and I needed to purchase a home for my family. I finally saw how people are testifying about TROVIANCREDITREPAIR and their great works and I decided to contact them. I explained everything to them and they promised to remove all the negative collections from my report. We got started and they completed all this within 7 days, they completed the whole process and restored my score to 805 and even added some good trade line to my credit profile and I was able to purchase the home I’ve been longing for. For the most part, the cost of living in Sin City is slightly lower than the national average. Housing costs are lower, but you may pay a bit more for groceries and other goods or services. Transportation expenses are a bit higher than national average, but that reflects the lack of dependable public transportation in the city. Most people own a vehicle, and it’s common to see three or four vehicles parked outside single-family residences because each member of the household depends on their own vehicle to get around.
